The University of Wyoming Casper is proud to highlight students and faculty from the Organizational Leadership program who will be presenting at the first-ever UW Experiential Education Learning Showcase in Laramie on April 10. This campus-wide event is designed to celebrate and share the impactful, hands-on learning projects undertaken by students across all disciplines.
The showcase will feature poster presentations, demonstrations, and creative displays where students can articulate the valuable skills and knowledge gained through internships, undergraduate research, service-learning, and other applied experiences. For the UW Casper cohort, this is a prime opportunity to demonstrate how their program’s focus on real-world leadership challenges translates into professional readiness and community engagement.
Event organizers emphasize that experiential learning is a cornerstone of a modern UW education, bridging academic theory with practical application. The showcase provides a formal platform for students to refine their communication skills, network with peers and professionals, and receive recognition for their work beyond the classroom. It underscores the university's commitment to developing graduates who are not only knowledgeable but are also adept problem-solvers prepared to contribute immediately in their chosen fields. The event is open to the public, offering community members a direct look at the innovative work and talent cultivated at the University of Wyoming.
